When will my order be sent?
We will get your parcel on its way to you within 24 hours of your order (except weekends and public holidays).

How much is delivery and how long does it take?
We offer a flat rate delivery of $10.00 on all orders within Australia. We do not ship outside of Australia. Orders are sent from our warehouse in Adelaide and in most instances will be delivered to you within 5-10 business days. Delays may be experienced based on circumstances outside of our control. Covid-19 has created some delays with shipping so please be prepared to wait up to 15 business days for your order to arrive.

How can I track my parcel?
Once your order has been sent by us, you’ll receive a notification from our delivery agent Sendle with a tracking number which you can use to track your parcel and estimated delivery. If you provide a PO Box, the delivery will be sent by Australia Post with a tracking number also allocated once the parcel has shipped.

Is there anywhere you don’t deliver?
We currently don’t deliver to extremely remote areas within Australia, dry zones or overseas.

Can deliveries be left at my address if no one is there?
Your parcel will be sent with an Authority to Leave (ATL) and will be delivered without a signature required. A delivery driver may not deliver a parcel with ATL if they deem it unsafe to do so, this is at their discretion. Your email will be provided to Sendle which will give you (the receiver) access to the Sendle Toolbox, a quick and easy way to manage elements of the delivery like delivery instructions, redeliveries and parcel investigations.

Do I need to provide identification on delivery?
Hey Low Spirits support the responsible service of alcohol including moderation and legal age requirements. An identification check may be required and drivers reserve the right to refuse delivery at any time.

What is your returns policy?
If you receive your order and damage in transit has occurred, please contact us so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If the product is deemed defective or faulty, a replacement or refund will be applicable. Refunds are not provided for change of mind purchases.
